Bu ortamý yarattýðýnýz için teþekkür ederiz. 27.10.2006 ‘Ýnönü müthiþ’ Beþiktaþ, Süper Lig’de ve UEFA Kupasý’nda iniþli-çýkýþlý bir görüntü çizmesine raðmen takýmýný koþulsuz destekleyen Siyah-Beyazlý taraftarlarý, UEFA yere göðe sýðdýramadý. Beþiktaþ’ý böyle bir taraftar grubuna sahip olduðu için kutlayan UEFA Güvenlik Sorumlusu Willie McDougall, “Tottenham ile oynanan karþýlaþmada Ýnönü Stadý’ndaydým. Taraftarlarýn yarattýðý müthiþ atmosferi yerinde yaþadým. Tam bir futbol stadyumunuz ve seyircileriniz var” açýklamasýný yaptý. ‘Büyülendik’ Kulübe mail atan McDougall, “Bu kadar ateþli bir taraftar grubunun yenilgiyi kabullenip, aðýrbaþlý bir þekilde Tottenham’ý alkýþlamasý müthiþti. Bize yaþattýðýnýz bu unutulmaz tecrübe için tüm Beþiktaþ kulübüne ve taraftarlarýna teþekkür ederiz. Tüm görevlilere ve ortamýn yaratýlmasýnda çaba sarfedenleri takdir ettiðimizi belirtiriz. 'say what you like about the turks.... but f'k me can they create an atmosphere. just looked mental on telly, so christ knows what it was like there. they dont stop, 2-0 down, getting caned on the pitch and they're still going full pelt. incredible.
