Açılan pencerede “Genel(General)” sekmesine gidin, Eğer “Sistem:(System:)” başlığı altında Windows XP Professional Version yazıyorsa sisteminiz 32-bit demektir, Eğer aynı yerde Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Version yazıyorsa sisteminiz 64-bit demektir. 2.Yol: Bilgisayarım>Çalıştır yolunu izleyin, Açılan penceredeki yazı çubuğuna winmsd.exe komutunu yazın, Komutu girdikten sonra açılan pencerede sağ bölümde bulunan Sistem Türü(Processor) yazısını bulun, Sistem Türü(Processor) yazısının yanındaki açıklama x86 ile başlıyorsa bilgisayarınız 32-bit demektir, Sistem Türü (Processor) yazısının yanındaki açıklama ia64 veya AMD64 ile başlıyorsa bilgisayarınız 64-bit demektir.
