Ancak işler Broker’ın umduğu gibi olmuyor ve Gator (Franco) adında bir uyuşturucu çetesi lideriyle ters düşüyor. Yönetmenliğini Gary Fleder’ın (Kiss the Girls) yapacağı Homefront’un çekimleri 24 Eylül’de New Orleans’ta başlayacak. Ryder filmde Gator’la ortak olan eski bir bisikletçiyi canlandıracak. Yani filmin kötü adamlarının tarafında! Yeni oyunculardan Izabel Vidovic (Up All Night) de filmde Broker’ın kızı Kit rolünde olacak.
