Fixes issue with incorrect date format in message headers on Non-English systems when delaying message delivery.
Fixes issue with MAO adding a copy of a message being moved to the trash mailbox in some cases
Fixes issue with the "Select Next Message" option of Act-On Rules not being saved properly.
Fixes issue where reply/forward Act-On rule actions would not create a sent message after delivery.
Fixes issue where messages moved by MAO Move/Copy menus could not be undone.
Addresses some stabilities issues when composing messages.
Removes search field has initial focus open for Preferred mailboxes. (No longer useful option and was interfering with keystrokes)
Updates compatibility markers for future OS X 10.9 updates seeds.
