Bilgisayara bir 'yazıcı' olarak kurulup, PDF yapmak istediğiniz dosyada gerekli değişiklikleri yaptıktan sonra 'yazdır' tuşuna basıp gelen 'yazıcılar penceresi' içinden 'PDF 995'i seçip, 'tamam' dedikten sonra dosyanız PDF'ye dönüştürülür. Kolay kullanım olanağı sağlar. Öyle karışık ve devasa programlarla uğraşmak yerine hızlı ve pratik yoldan işinizi görebilirsiniz. Bu dönüştürme esnasında Türkçe karakter sorunu da yaşamazsınız. Örneğin, DOC dosyasını birebir PDF'ye dönüştürebilirsiniz. Bu dönüştürülen PDF dosyasını da bilgisayarınızda yüklü herhangi bir PDF okuyucusu programla açabilirsiniz.
